1. Lavender Oil

It’s one the best home remedy you can use to treat a stye. It works to cool and soothe the swelling of the affected area. It has antibacterial properties which are ideal to stop the spread of stye causing bacteria.

Application: Carefully apply few drops of the oil to the affected area. You can also mix the oil with frankincense oil before applying.

  • You should apply the oil or the mixture two to four times per day.
  • In case you want to apply it to your child, dilute it with water or coconut oil.

2. Castor Oil
