Cedarwood

Cedarwood oil is a fragrant oil extracted through the steam distillation of cedar wood pieces. The oil has a woodsy fragrance and antifungal, diuretic, antiseptic, astringent, and sedative properties which together help provide for improved health and wellness.

Clear Skin and flat stomaches

The oil can improve skin texture and condition, body organ functions, body metabolism, and digestive system and also tightens muscles. Its antifungal properties provide an excellent natural remedy for eczema by reducing skin pealing and treating infection.

Best use: To use for this purpose, add the oil to soap or skin lotion and use as usual or add a few drops of cedarwood oil to bathwater.

Shine on Hair

Improve your scalp circulation and hair growth with cedar wood. It is known to stimulate hair follicles while slowing down hair loss. Add the oil to your shampoo or conditioner, massage into the scalp and sit for half an hour before rinsing. This also helps treats dry scalp by increasing circulation.

Blend: Mix two drops of the oil to coconut oil, apply to the scalp and rub it in for 5 minutes.  Wash out after half an hour.

It can be added to the diffuser to:

  • Reduce stress or anxiety
  • Address skin problems
  • Treat urinary tract infections
  • Improve energy levels
  • Work as a natural deodorizer
