Many of you might be familiar with this brand or even have some of their products. They have a reputation of making quality products and have been and have many years of experience. Besides the essential oils, Young Living also makes other products including diffusers and their accessories.

It sometimes can be a little tricky deciding which is the best essential oil diffuser, so we have tried to break down the diffusers and benefits of each. Home Diffuser
This is a diffuser that is designed in the shape of a rose. It is an ultrasonic diffuser which comes combined with a humidifier, atomizer, and air purifier. Using ultrasonic technology, this diffuser breaks down water and oil into micro-particles that are then dispersed into the air to create a great aroma for your house.
The diffuser has a timer that you set to go on and off every 30 seconds. You can also set it to run continuously. This is a useful feature that helps extend the lifespan of the essential oil. In case you do not want its light to stay on, you can press its button for 2 seconds, and it will go off. Pressing the button once puts it on again.
It is ideal for an average-sized room, and it can run for a maximum of 5 hours. It’s small size of 0.68lbs, and 13.5 x 17cm diameter makes it easy to carry around and manage. The home diffuser also comes with an adapter and various choices regarding color. Best for eliminating odors and creating a spa-like ambiance.
This product works best with distilled water and the oil that Young Living recommends. Overall, it is a great product to use.

Bamboo Diffuser
This also uses ultrasonic technology to break down water and oil into micro particles that are then dispersed into the air. It also has a light but is less bright that both the home and drop diffuser. The Bamboo diffuser is also quieter than the other two types. To run efficiently, it needs to be placed on a level surface.
The design of this diffuser is inspired by the bamboo plant, and it is ideal for a medium sized room. This product can run for up to four hours continuously. There is also a built-in timer so you can set it to run from 1-4 hours. This diffuser is excellent for creating a calming and soothing environment while restoring the balance of humidity in the air.
The diffuser uses about 120ml of water, which is equal to just about one medium-sized cup. When used well, this diffuser can work for a long time. If you purchase the product directly from the company, you are offered a 6-month warranty in case any problem arises.

Aria Ultrasonic Diffuser
As the name suggests, this is an ultrasonic diffuser. It is built like a wooden bowl into which a glass dome is placed. Although it looks simple, it has some features that make it especially popular.
With the Aria diffuser from Young Living, you have the power to turn on and off multi colored LED lights, and choose from a selection of calming built in sounds. Best of all, you can plug in a personal music player and listen to music of your choice using their built-in speakers. This can be perfect a personal yoga session, morning coffee, or relaxing in a bath.
The diffuser is best for a medium sized room. It can run for a maximum of 3 hours. The diffuser’s reservoir size is large – 260ml, and it can output 42ml of vapor per hour. This is one of the largest diffusers by Young Living with a weight of 2.3kg. It is best used when minimal movement is required.
In comparison with other diffusers, its noise level is lower. Without the music, it can be pretty quiet. The diffuser also comes with as a splash guard, a remote, an audio cable, and the power code.

Dewdrop Diffuser
The shape of this diffuser is inspired by the shape of a drop of dew, beautiful and elegant. It is made to work as a diffuser, atomizer, and humidifier all in one. There is only one setting for this diffuser, on or off, but you have the option to control if you want it to emit light or not.
This product is best for a medium sized room, like a child’s bedroom, mid-size office, or bathroom perfectly. The diffuser can run up to 4 hours continuously with an automatic shut-off system, so you don’t have to worry about getting up in the middle of the night or coming back to your office to turn it off. Considering that it has a reservoir capacity of 180ml, the diffuser is quite efficient and economical. The diffuser is small in size – 0.44kg, you can easily carry and move it around.
The noise level is acceptable rising to a maximum of 26dB. This means that you can comfortably use it in the bedroom without it disrupting your sleep. Unlike those that require distilled water, this diffuser also works well with tap water.

AromaLux Atomizing Diffuser
The AromaLux Atomizing Diffuser is one Young Living’s newest products.
Designed to operate as an air purifier, aroma diffuser, and atomizer all in one, this model is so far only available through their website.
This diffuser is built to suit the large room in that it can run for a maximum of 10 hours. It has a timer setting and shut down switch if you only want to use it for less time. This diffuser has some extra features that are not seen in any other of their products. You can also set the AromaLux to pause (for up to 20 minutes) and control the vapor volume (for up to 20 minutes) while it is running. These options and the control of 5 different LED light settings gives you the most control to get exactly what you want out of your diffuser.
Even though the diffuser works well in large rooms, is quite small. The vapor output is 1.5ml, but it can be adjusted accordingly. This means it is ideal for rooms with bad odors and stuffy places like basements.

USB Orb Diffuser
Ok, ok. I know I said we were only talking about 5, but I just wouldn’t be happy with myself without at least mentioning the Orb Diffuser.
The main good points are that it is designed to be spill-proof, and it works from a USB. This highly portable essential oil diffuser is perfect for offices, the car, or while traveling. It runs for up to 4.5 hours and has to light settings.
Maybe it’s just me and how on the go I am all the time. I would love to be able to sit and enjoy the ambiance of a diffuser, but more often than not, I am zipping around in a car, doing some task, and this would be perfect. Also, I might be slightly more worried than an average person that I will accidently knock down my diffuser while rushing from place to place.
